Hi, I just wanted to say how impressed I am at your mailorder service - awesome. Just got the supra shoes I ordered yesterday, they are hard to get hold of even in the BIG Village where I live!

I'm pleased to take the time to express the outstanding quality of customer services that Remix Casuals provide. Despite their current shipping provider does not CURRENTLY send to my area of Europe (which I'm told is soon to change). The website did offer a phone number to call as a means of organising an alternative method of shipping. At first I was going to leave it but I called....cynical of any good outcome. A courteous individual, Sam answered the phone and was able to organise a completely inexpensive (in fact: free) and efficient means of shipping. I made the order Monday 3rd August 2010 at around 2pm. Sam had my order posted by 4pm (that same day) and arrived 9am the next morning! I'd also like to point out where other main-stream websites which provide onine shopping for Supra shoes which I have often found to go out of stock such as Flatspot or Chemical UK, Remix Casuals was the ONLY UK website that actually stocked whatever shoe size I was looking for. Thank you again Remix!
