Returns Policy
Returns will be refunded after we inspected items and a staff member declares the items are in their original condition.
You may return an item within the first 14 days after receipt so long as the items are in the original condition for a full refund, this excludes sale items.
You may exchange an item within 30 days of receipt for another item or store credit.
this does not apply to the remix blackburn shop....
No refunds are available for sale items – only exchange or store credit
Products must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging.
Any electronic product that has been opened and/or used cannot be returned unless the unit was received defective.
A Separate box should be used to ship back with the original box inside. The Original box cannot be used as packaging for shipping.
Items worn, with stains,smelling of smoke,aftershave.washing powder, cannot be returned. If you do ship such items, will not be responsible for processing and returning such items.
Shipping & handling is not refundable for returns.
Gift vouchers are not refundable
We accept returns for shoes 14 days from the date of receipt only if there is a defect in the shoe, or if they are unworn. Shoes returned between the 14th - 30th days of receipt would be eligible for Store Credit only. Any shoe that has wear on it without a defect can NOT be returned. A refund will not be granted for items which are returned with obvious wear or when footwear packaging is damaged and is not responsible for returning the shoes to you. This will be determined by the staff. All returns must come with the original shoe box.
DO NOT use the shoe box as the shipping box because they would be damaged in transit. Any returns without the original shoe box or with damage shoe box will not be accepted. Please contact customer service if you have any questions prior to processing a return.

How will I know you received my order?
After placing your order you will receive a confirmation email which will list your ordered items and shipping details as well as all costs charged.
UK orders must be placed before 3PM to ensure next day delivery service. Unfortunately we are unable to offer a Saturday delivery. UK orders processed on a Friday will be scheduled for a Monday delivery. Please allow 3 days before contacting our cusomer care. Europe and International orders are shipped via Air Mail and take btween 7-10 working days.
Is my personal information kept private?
Please be assured that we consider all the information you share with us totally private and confidential. At no point will we share, rent or sell your personal information without your consent.
Will there be any additional Duties / Taxes payable on my purchase?
Your country will determin any custom charges at point of delivery. All goods despatched are fully insured to the total value of the goods
